So, it’s my first blog and what better way to start than with a brand that is self-proclaimed ‘Gourmet’. Now, I don’t what it is about this trainer that actually attracts me to them so much; is it the eye-catching print or is it in fact because Gourmet combines so many different ideas, emotions, cultures and opinion into just a single pair. ‘The LITE 35 Animal’ pair you can see me sporting within this post highlights exactly that.

A leopard print constructed from soft nubuck leather gives this trainer the feel as well as the look - for those of you that don’t know, Nubuck leather is basically leather that has been sanded or roughed up to create a texture similar to suede.
